Are your vintage watches authentic?

YES! They're all 100% original. We source them from trusted suppliers all over the world, and some pieces we personally acquire from previous owners who provide certification.

Do you offer warranties or repairs for vintage watches?

We don’t offer warranties since these are vintage pieces, but rest assured every watch is thoroughly checked before shipment. We also send pictures and videos of the actual product so you can see its exact condition before it’s shipped. All watches are tested to ensure they’re working perfectly when you receive them.

How should I care for my gold-plated jewelry?

To keep your gold-plated jewelry shining, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.

Will the gold plating on the jewelry fade over time?

Do you have a physical store?

Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales at Veneto Prime are final. As we sell vintage and pre-owned pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully inspected and clearly described before purchase. If you receive an incorrect item or something significantly not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at venetoprime@icloud.com with photos so we can review the issue.
